Abstract

The design and development of a multimodal application requires a time-consuming and expensive process. During design, hypothesis can be evaluated with mockups using the Wizard of Oz methodology. This paper persents some results issued from a user test conducted to evaluate a bus route and schedule application mock-up implemented in two versions: a monomodal (graphic) and a multimodal (graphic and vocal).
