A domain decomposition algorithm which is based on a semi-implicit prediction and then a fully implicit correction at the interface, for solving parabolic partial differential equations, is presented. The numerical results show that the algorithm is unconditionally stable and very efficient. In this paper, high speed-up is analyzed with respect to the spectral radius and operation counts.
