Abstract

This paper describes an advanced integrated development environment that may be used by juniors and seniors for large software team projects. The environment is mainly designed for Java Web-based applications with database support; however, it may be used for other types of software applications in other programming languages with minor adjustments. The key components of this environment include a database management system, a Web server, a concurrent versioning system, and an industrial-strength integrated development environment. All the components are open-source and can be downloaded and installed free of charge.
