Python is a programming language with clear syntax. It provides an interactive environment in which to explore procedural and object-oriented approaches to problem solving ([19]). This paper describes the shift from C++ to Python that the computer science program has taken place at our college. The author describes the reasoning behind the shift, the course content during the shift, and ends with a conclusion.
