This paper addresses the problem of reusability of interaction protocols. Existing FIPA interaction protocols are first analyzed to define the required agent behaviors and the needed parameters to automatically adopt and execute interaction protocols. It then introduces an interactive agent framework, named INAF, to facilitate the development of interactive agents. To illustrate INAF, we give the implementation of timetable management benchmark.
