Ontologies become a very important elements of modern information systems. In many cases creating a new system involves performing integration of existing ontologies. During the integration process it is often necessary to resolve conflicts between ontologies. In this paper we focus on ontology conflicts which appear in integration process on the instance level. We propose algorithms which use consensus methods and can be used to integrate selected structures in ontology.
