This article discusses a simple framework for creating and distributing a component-based system. The maturity and rich feature sets of standard commercial middlewares and frameworks adds unnecessary complexity when initially exploring this type of system development. The purpose of this framework is to provide a sufficient feature set for the novice to begin understanding the nature of distributed systems without the overhead and complexity.
