Fast adaptive blind MMSE equalizer for multichannel FIR systems

We propose a blind MMSE equalization algorithm to compute fractionally spaced blind equalizers with arbitrary delay directly from second order statistics of the observations. The algorithm is based on multi-channel linear prediction. Performance analysis demonstrates that our algorithm has higher signal-to-interference-plus-noise-ratio (SINR) than its zero-forcing counter part. Simulations show that our algorithms outperform some typical existing algorithms.
