In this paper, we study the global robust stability of neural networks with time varying delays using the Lyapunov functional method and matrix inequality technique. Several sufficient conditions are presented to show the existence of equilibrium and global robust stability of neural networks, which is easy to apply. Then we give a simulation to justify the obtained results.
