In this paper we propose a complementary approach to centralized solutions for publishing learning resources. Our solution is based on file sharing techniques and uses a peer-to-peer network. Its objective is to allow any teacher to give a free access to personal resources indexed on ontologies. We describe the semantic indexing of such resources and express some constraints inherent to the distribution algorithms within the network. We present an experiment that shows that this solution can be easily integrated in larger systems. We also discuss some issues regarding the navigation between indexed resources and the way to enhance our model for answering more generic queries.
