Periodic broadcast has been considered for the deployment of video on demand services owing to its scalability. However, most existing protocols do not take into consideration the bandwidth limitation at the client. In this paper, a novel protocol based on the polyharmonic broadcasting protocol for users with bandwidth constraints is proposed.
