Abstract

In order to spread the use of software process improvement programs and to make their use independent of organizations features, this work describes the results obtained using a knowledge based model and tool, as well as the proposal of using a patterns based solution implemented using a SPEM extension, in order to improve the efficiency of use of the proposed knowledge based model.
