Abstract

In this article the basic terms and logical components of software internationalization and localization processes are discussed with respect to some humanitarian and technological issues. In order to illustrate the necessity to consider them in an integrated way the actual situation related to this topic in Ukraine is depicted and analyzed, and some prospective activities in this domain are mentioned as well.
