Abstract

The customer relationship management (CRM) is a concept to been recognized well until now for enhancing the enterprise's competitive capability. Except for CRM, supplier relationship management (SRM) can be viewed as opposite thinking direction for the relationship management between suppliers and enterprises. In this study, we developed a life cycle model to implement SRM according to the thinking of CSLC model. Herein, we called it as supplier service life cycle (SSLC) model. Besides, we know that the technique of intelligent agents (IAs) had been applied well on the issue of electronic commerce (EC). Hence, we designed an integrated multi-agent system (MAS) framework to achieve the relationship management since achieving CRM and SRM simultaneously for supply chain management (SCM). In this study, the definition of MAS workflow models and types of coordination mechanism are also constructed in detailed.
