Abstract

I want to present a generic system of evaluation of the informatics system, which aims the proclamation of "The Best Practice" for planning the complex informatics systems, their organization, the acquisition and implementation of the systems, the delivery and support of complex informatics systems, as well as the control of the performances, in order to assure that the companies information and the technology support the aims of the economic unit. The management of the complex IS offering the economic unit through this the possibility to receive the full advantages in regard of its information and achieving in this way full benefits, taking advantage of the opportunities end earning competitive advantages.
