Evaluating business solutions before their deployment is essential for any organisation. Risk is emerging as one of the most preeminent and accepted metrics for the evaluation of business solutions. In this paper, we present a comprehensive case study where the Tropos Goal-Risk framework is used to assess and treat risk on the basis of the likelihood and severity of failures within organisational settings. We present an analysis and evaluation of the business solutions within manufacturing enterprises.
