Abstract

This essay presents a common sense-based framework to configure web-based quiz educational games that aim at stimulating the learning contextualization and the knowledge construction in the learning process. Furthermore, it intends to collect common sense knowledge from teachers and learners who use the generated games. It is being developed a common sense-based quiz game framework called "What is it?" which brings common sense clues up the players' mind, aiming at working on a specific subject. The main purpose is that the game is to be used by teachers to work on subjects which have been approached in classroom.
