Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigating learners' motivation, including perceived enjoyment and perceived usefulness, toward video on demand (VOD). Based on the statistical results, system quality, perceived self-efficacy toward VOD, and multimedia content are all critical factors to predict learners' motivation, including intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. From the results of this study, building high quality of VOD systems, enhancing learners' self-efficacy toward VOD systems, and abundant multimedia content are all successful factors for strengthening learners' motivation of using VOD systems.
