Abstract

We propose a method for designing an enterprise knowledge management architecture. Our method includes the processes to develop KM assumptions, survey KM Task, evaluate KM assumptions, select KM tasks to be improved and develop KM road map. This method uses the hierarchical knowledge sharing architecture consists of business vision, knowledge process and knowledge management environment to execute knowledge management activities. We illustrate the effectiveness and limitation of our method.
