Abstract

This work is engaged in a legislative support for a transfer of chosen services (agendas) of a community to e-form. According to project held in Jicín, main part of the work focuses on a suggestion of services, which can be transferred to the electronic form, in according with a becoming legislation. After that, evaluation and the description of problems which are connected with this transfer follow.
