To support knowledge sharing among science teachers on ICT (Information and Communication Technology), this paper proposes a knowledgenetwork SNS (Social Networking Service) based on stickiness, which have three factors to drive;(I) Relationship Capital, (II) Reputation and (III) Personalization. Building a prototype SNS based on these factors, this paper defines two kinds of quantification of stickiness which express how system is used and how user continue to use. Compared with the traditional knowledge-repository, the knowledge-network SNS transfers tacit knowledge learned in class from one to others. And more, the quantificated stickiness gives standards to strengthen teachers' knowledge-network; (1) picking up low-stickiness teachers for inviting into the network and (2) estimating stickiness of the system.
