Abstract

We describe the construction of a browser in Auditon, a language that incorporates and extends the performer and stage paradigm first introduced in Rehersal World. Performers provide the instance specialisation of both behavior and structure; stages manage performers and provide a local namespace. This approach improves the modularity and eases debugging of interconnected objects.
