One of the key research challenges that we will face in developing the Wisdom Web is to make it capable of seamlessly offering solutions to users in dealing with their real world problems. Specifically speaking, In order to make online process of discovery and matching possible, individual contents or services should be developed and written following the syntax and semantics of a pre-defined Problem Solver Markup Language (PSML). Based on β-PSML, in this paper, we propose a new approach for solving problems in the social network and show the service process of the new approach.
