One of the key research challenges that we will face in developing the Wisdom Web is to make it capable of seamlessly offering solutions to users in dealing with their real-world problems. In order to make this possible, individual contents or services should be developed and written following the syntax and semantics of a pre-defined method for distributed problem solving on the Web. In this paper, we propose a new method for solving problems in a large-scale distributed Web environment. We will also give an illustrative example in this paper to show the service process of the new method.
