Knowledge management is vital for businesses and the evolution of our society, and it comes with different point of views. Here we address two crucial points to achieve a particular goal: the controlled diffusion of knowledge. On the first hand sharing knowledge means to ensure the quality of such knowledge. We rely on a repository and the construction of domain ontology. On the other hand, diffusion of knowledge needs to be understood unambiguously, especially when aimed at an audience of laymen. We propose the index of terminological speciality, which allows the specialist to assess her level of language, from its public.
