Generating realistic 3D human face models and facial animations have been persistent challenges in computer graphics and computer animation field. We develop a system called EasyFace that constructs textured 3D face models from a single frontal face image with no user interaction. Our system takes frontal face photos with an ordinary camera and automatically generates a realistic 3D human head model which can be animated immediately from customized animation files. With a PC and an ordinary camera, a user can use the system to generate his/her face model and facial animation quickly and expediently.
