E-Learning environments need to be developed to shift the emphasis in teaching towards student engagement and peer support. Therefore, the objectives of this paper include (1) exploring student concerns from an IQA interview approach with a qualitative research method and (2) exploring the relationship between affinities. Some findings were explored in this study. First, Instructional Resource Arrangement (IRA) and Interface Design (ID) were Primary Drivers while Learning Interaction (LI) was a Primary Outcome. Second, there are three feedback loops that have an association with "System Function" in the combined interview SID. Finally, there was an interactive relationship between Instructional Resource Arrangement (IRA) and Interface Design (ID).
