Abstract

This paper proposes an answer set programming-based method of generating possible interpretations of compliance regulations. By using answer set programming, our method can generate all possible interpretations of the given regulation by using agent's biased-beliefs. In addition, we show that our method can generate some interesting interpretation by using the example of access control on privacy protected databases.
