Abstract

Firstly, after super-unstructured P2P architecture introduced some super-peers controlled by operation business, a mobile P2P architecture was proposed for streaming media system. And then in this architecture, a receiver-driven bit allocation algorithm was proposed. This algorithm firstly divided the video sequence into a series of blocks where there was the fixed number of frames, and then assigned all bits in block level to consider the frame interaction. For the bits allocation problem of each block, it was modeled as a nonlinear programming problem. After the piece linear R-D model was introduced and some constraint conditions were relaxed, it was further transformed into a general linear programming problem. The experiment results show our algorithm had the high and smooth quality and its time complexity is lower, which can meet with the real time requirement of mobile P2P video streaming media system.his electronic document is a "live" template.
