Aggregation of multiple search engines results is an important issue of a metasearch engine. This paper shows that missing documents, those existing in some of the search engines lists but not in the all lists, play an important role in the result aggregation of different search engines. Furthermore, the paper proposes a new approach for dealing with missing documents using OWA operator weights.
