Abstract

Digital electronic actions are created in software for hardware modules target. Motion detection is obtained from a webcam. Sum of Absolute Difference (SAD) Computation is used for motion estimation in video coding. Motion detection is performed by comparing the SAD value with a fixed threshold value. Motion detection and a digital channel are designed to enable a block action. It can be any type of action: electronic, mechanical, telecommunication.
