Abstract

In this paper, we will show that the estimate of the spectral condition number of M-1 A, when A is a stafnis matrix and M is a preconditioner for the matrix A. At the first we construct Algebraic Multigrid/Substructuring Method with hierarchical grids based on bisection of mesh cells [1,2]. For this aim we describe the Chebyshev iterative method and establish a few assertions which will be used when constructing a multigrid preconditioner.
