Abstract

Data Structure and Algorithms courses are often hard for students. Can the use of projects based on original historical sources make it a better experience for students? The paper describes three such projects which were used to cover some of the material in Data Structures and Algorithms courses. Classroom experience with the projects and student reactions to them are presented.
