Computer-aided system for a ranking of new terrorist threats librettos is introduced here for assessment of hard to predict quite new terrorist threats. This well-knited system and its technology has a chareacteristic of expert system and ranking assessment procedure is very friendly for end-users using instruments of MS WORD.
