Abstract

For the future, it is necessary to take into account a surprising appearance and hard incidence of new global threats of terror, similar as "Grand Zero". Here, the Computer-aided system for dynamic modeling of new terrorist threats is introduced for evaluation of European operating life cycles of terrorist threats, emerging from quite new terror events. This well-knited system is created by DYVELOP© method [7] and it has a chareacteristic of very friendly expert system using instruments of MS WORD. It can by sufficient inctrument for comprehension of relation and processes among entities, creating EU First Responders in catastrophes, which can be an end-users of this system in their preparedness, awareness and training. This paper includes partial solution of European Commission Framework Programme 7; Grant agreement No 218070, Project title - Comparative Assessment of Security Centred Training Curricula for First Responders on Disaster Management in the EU; Acronym: CAST.
