Abstract

Information systems may have different level of acceptance. In order to study what were the main dimensions involved in the acceptance and use of a workflow system we used TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). In our work, we also analyze in what extent professional training and Interface Features have impact in the system acceptance and use. Therefore, the goal of the research is to extend the TAM model which would include variables related to professional training and Interface Features.
