An interesting and substantial feature of the immune memory is its eventual loss, namely "longevity". An extension of longevity is a significant issue for efficacy of vaccines. We have discussed possible mechanisms of an immune memory with longevity from a dynamical viewpoint, and demonstrated that a particular transient dynamics was promising for reproducing an immune memory with longevity. The present paper analytically derives an equation to estimate the longevity and clarifies a dependency relationship between system parameters and longevity of an immune memory. Finally it confirms validity of the relationship from an immunological viewpoint.
