Abstract

The effective scenario elicitation method has been established by combining the chance discovery with the requirements engineering. The method consists of the multi-dimensional hearing and the hierarchical integration process newly combined on the double-helical model of chance discovery. The capability of the method to elicit a useful scenario has been confirmed through a theoretical analysis with a visualization tool named KeyGraph and an experiment of eliciting scenario on the method by using a prototype of an operation panel for electric appliances controller used in a home.
