Abstract

This document is based on the meaningful experience of the authors who are experienced in International Peacekeeping Missions. Its aim is to help improve the skills related to Project and Knowledge Management disciplines required during the reconstruction phase of a country, like Kosovo, which is trying to take on a new lease of life after many years of internal conflict. With this knowledge it is hoped to de-conflict organizational and practice overlaps incurred by the International donor community and other stakeholders in their short, middle and long term investment plans.
