The paper highlights the problem of mathematical modelling of the complex system of identical parallel manufacturing plants. The sequence of elements of the order matrix which are to be realized subsequently is sought for on condition it meets the stated criteria of production maximization and minimal tool replacement time. The heuristic algorithms for choosing the order for realization as well as algorithms for determining the most acceptable manufacturing plant are responsible for control of the proposed information system. Equations of state are given in order to illustrate the flow of ordered elements.
