Abstract

Work organization in companies is based more and more on computerized environments (GroupWare, CSCW, Workflow, etc.) which consequently leads to an increase in the use of communication resources. Thus, a poor evaluation of the company network capabilities can generate dysfunction in the group co-operation. The objective of this paper is to design the network organization in order to improve the quality of service (QoS) that it can guarantee. A method based on the analysis of co-operation graphs is proposed. The interests of this method are shown from the simulation results of the network organization of two exchange scenarios.
