Abstract

In this paper, we propose an uncertain pure linguistic hybrid harmonic averaging (UPLHHA) operator and a generalized interval aggregation (GIA) operator. In the situations where the information about the attribute weights are interval linguistic labels variables, we develop an approach based on the UPLHHA and the GIA operators for multiple attribute group decision making with uncertain pure linguistic environment. Also, a practical application of the developed approach to the problem of collecting the best option of an investment company is given, and finally, we provide a comparative analysis with other related decision-making methods.
