Social networks have presented an exponential growth in the number of users in recent years. This growth has increased the concern about data protection and personal privacy of users. Facebook, in particular, is a social network of researchers' interest by having a large number of users worldwide. In this study, we applied a set of 08 methods and assessment tools empirical and analytical for evaluating aspects of privacy from the perspective of usability, accessibility and emotional responses of users. The results of applying these methods and instruments provided evidence that users face problems of usability and accessibility in performing tasks related to privacy on Facebook, which produces a direct impact on the emotional responses of the interaction.
