Abstract

In order to improving the quality of higher education, sever strategies or models are proposed from universities. Evaluation system is one of these strategies for checking the performance and keeping the high quality. However, it is easy to describe the evaluation system but it will be hard to implement in higher education environment. When there is a goal to be achieved, evaluation system is used. By the time past, more paper works and more tables are required to fill in for different evaluation systems. Due to these problems, the purpose of this paper is to propose an objective weak tie system to integrate four different curriculum and instruction systems. The benefits of this weak tie system will not increase the loading for teachers and will increase the efficiency for administration by remaining the original system and using the objective to make linking with each other as an integrating curriculum and instruction system.
