Abstract

DBpedia knowledge base extracts structured information from Wikipedia pages and makes them accessible on the Web. In the past few years, the efforts of DBpedia internationalization (i18n) were effective and many localized DBpedia are now available to access as DBpedia chapters. The Arabic chapter of DBpedia is not yet available, thus the collaboration between both Arab contributors and DBpedia community is needed to fulfill this mission. In this paper, we discuss DBpedia internationalization current state and provide recipes for creating Arabic DBpedia.
