Abstract

An iterative algorithm for angular matching of two images of three-dimensional objects based on the properties of the normalized scalar product is considered. It is shown that the algorithm is stable in the case of both well-defined and ill-defined angular matching problems. An approach to recognizing spatial 3D group point objects with a priori uncertainty of their angular parameters is proposed based on the obtained algorithm.
