Abstract

A frequency-polynomial H2-optimization method for sampled-data systems with generalized hold functions and delay is proposed, which is based on the application of the concept of a parametric transfer matrix. A number of general properties of H2-optimal systems that must be taken into account in solving practical design problems are established.
