A nonparametric approach for testing statistical hypotheses based on intuitionistic fuzzy data is presented. According to the proposed approach, first, a confidence interval based on intuitionistic fuzzy data is defined, which are then used to make a procedure for testing statistical hypotheses. To evaluate statistical hypotheses, a new criteria, called degree of acceptance DA, has been proposed.
