Abstract

While much work has been done in distributed operating system development, problems exist and much work is still to be done. To address some of the issues and problems associated with distributed operating systems the authors present a Model for a Distributed OS Automatic Generating System (DOSAGS), which is characterized by intelligence, integration and plasticity. The system structure, functions, work principles and key issues in the implementation of DOSAGS are presented in this paper. The authors believe that the distributed OS generated by DOSAGS represents a new generation of distributed Operating systems.
