For the prescribed architecture of a computer system, schedules are drawn up under conditions of invariable parameters of processes. A method of the simultaneous scheduling and the assignment of processes is put forward, the essence of which lies in the redistribution of time and the resource by means of prior values, changeable under definite conditions, of the duration and the cost of the use of computational resources by processes. The suggested method opens up considerable possibilities for optimization of the architecture of systems implementing interrelated jobs, the composition of which remains constant for a long time.
